In case you are curious, this website is part of the www.circlewebs.com webspace. This site was implemented using version 5.3 of the 'Drupal' Content Management System (CMS). Current version is 6.14.

The purpose of this site is as follows:

1. To host articles which relate to internet technologies.

2. To discuss website implementation techniques.

3. To discuss accessibility and usability issues.

4. To host articles on the guidelines recommended by successful web developers.

5. To discuss and promote the recommended World Wide Web Consortium Methodologies.

6. To allow visitors and members to comment and discuss all of the above.
